Our doctors specialize in general ophthalmology, neuro-ophthalmology, oculoplastics (eye lid surgeries), pediatric ophthalmology and pediatric neuro-ophthalmology. We provide the latest technology in cataract surgery including specialty multi-focal lenses and toric lenses allowing patients to see without glasses. We also perform eyelid surgery, orbital surgery and eye muscle surgery. Our doctors provide medically necessary Botox treatments as well as cosmetic Botox injections. We also provide contact lens evaluations and fittings.
We serve the Capital Region. Our office is conveniently located in Latham, New York, centrally located near Albany, Saratoga, and Clifton Park.

Our optical shop and glasses dispensary offers a large selection of frames for both adults and children in a wide range of prices. We are open during regular business hours. Our shop is located in our office. Our opticians have many years of experience and has expertise in glasses fitting for both adults and children. We participate with many insurances including but not limited to CDPHP, Aetna vision, MVP, Blue View and Eye Med. You may contact our office for updates.

Dr. Lopasic is a board-certified ophthalmologist and eye surgeon specializing in neuro-ophthalmology, cataract surgery, eyelid surgery and eye muscle surgery in adults and children. Dr. Lopasic specializes in the latest technology in cataract surgery.
Dr. Rebecca Sieburth,
Ophthalmologist
Dr. Sieburth is a board-certified ophthalmologist and eye surgeon specializing in neuro-ophthalmology and cataract surgery. She has experience in the medical and surgical care of a variety of eye diseases and sees both adults and children for complete eye exams.
Dr. Michael Belhumeur, OD,
Optometrist
Dr. Belhumeur is a residency-trained optometrist experience in managing a wide range of ocular conditions, including Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration and Diabetic retinopathy. He is also happy helping people to find their perfect pair of glasses.

Dr. Champagne is a dedicated optometrist specializing in primary care, low vision, dry eye, pediatrics, vision therapy, glaucoma, and rural medicine. She has a passion for working with patients of all ages and discussing the importance of maintaining optimal eye health.

I was diagnosed with Grave’s Disease 35 years ago, which has progressed to also having Thyroid Eye Disease. In addition to thyroid issues, this condition brings a host of symptoms like exophthalmos (bulging eyes) where my lids can’t close properly causing severe dryness, double vision, red swollen itchy, watery, eyes along with compromised vision.
